Provider routing
HighLevel uses one contact and conversation provider. Direct mode routes email through your selected provider and consented SMS through AWS with Twilio as the immediate fallback.
Amazon SES through your AWS account
Uses the server's AWS profile or IAM role. No AWS secret key is entered in the browser. Verify the sender identity in SES and grantses:SendEmailpermission.
Automatic SMS campaign
The app writes and maintains the compliance campaign instead of sending customers into provider consoles.
